Tour of the School

The school site consists of the following;

The Dr Joyce Symons CBE classroom - this is the original classroom from when the school opened in January 1998 and is for children aged five and six;

The Langham Classroom - this was the second classroom to be built and was funded by a Millennium Grant from Langham Parochial Church Council in North Norfolk.  Opened in January 2000 to celebrate the new millennium, this classroom is for children aged three and four;

The Stiffkey Classroom - this was the third classroom to be built and was funded by the fundraising activities of the residents of the village of Stiffkey in North Norfolk.  This classroom is for children aged six and seven;

The Athene Classroom - this is the sister classroom to the Langham classroom in providing teaching space for the youngest children;

The Headteacher’s Office and School Storeroom

The John and June Blacker Library serving the wider community for activities such as literacy projects and the co ordination of dipping mosquito nets;

The Kitchen, which has been substantially rebuilt, extended and improved recently to provide a wholesome hot meal for each child every school day;

The Toilets. Several rebuilding projects means the school now has separate toilet facilities for boys and girls.  We are grateful to all those who have helped with this unglamorous but extremely important aspect of the school.

The Well, providing a useful source of water at the school.  The well was completed in  2005, thanks to the generosity of three sponsors.  It is 10m deep.

Covered area of the playground providing shade to pupils at playtime, for PE lessons and at lunchtime. This has been recently extended.

Shaded waiting area near the main gate for parents and visitors to the school.
